What information do I need to provide to start a project?
We’ll need basic details about your business, goals, branding, and any content or examples that inspire you. This helps us design a website that reflects your brand and meets your objectives.
How long will it take to get my new Business Website online?
Most websites are completed within 1 to 4 weeks. The faster we launch your site, the sooner Google and other search engines can start noticing and ranking your business online.
What if I don’t have Images for my website?
If you don’t have images ready, that’s completely fine. We have access to a wide range of professional stock photos and will select the best options to suit your business and design.
What if I don’t have content for my website?
If you don’t have content prepared, that’s completely fine. We’ll provide a short questionnaire to gather key details about your business, then create compelling website copy for your review and approval before publishing.
What if I don’t have a Logo for my website?
No logo? No problem! If you don’t have one yet, we can design a professional, custom logo for your business that fits your brand and website perfectly. We’ll provide 2–3 variations so you can choose the one that best represents your business.
Can you redo my existing website?
Absolutely! We love helping clients refresh and improve their websites. We’ll always provide the best advice based on your specific situation. In some cases, older websites may not be cost-effective to update due to outdated technology. If that’s the case, we may recommend a full website redesign to ensure your site is modern, functional, and ready for the future.
Do I have to host my website with you?
No, you don’t have to host with us, but we recommend it. Hosting with us lets us quickly fix issues and minimise downtime. If you manage your own hosting, we can still provide support when needed.
Do you offer website maintenance and ongoing support?
Yes, we offer reliable website maintenance and ongoing support to keep your site secure, updated, and performing at its best. Our service ensures your website stays aligned with the latest web standards, new technologies, and changing online trends — so it always runs smoothly as the internet evolves.
Can I add new pages later on?
You sure can. There is no limit on the number of pages you can add to your website.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
NO NO!
Are there any Monthly or Annual charges to keep my website running?
For the first 12 months, hosting is completely free. After that, you have the option to renew with us for $220. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to transfer your website to your own hosting — the choice is entirely yours.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Most definitely.
How long does it take Google to show my website?
We submit your website to Google as soon as it goes online. Usually, it takes about a week for your site to start appearing in search results, though it can sometimes take a little longer depending on Google’s indexing process.
Will my website be shown at the top of Google?
Website rankings on Google can change daily and are influenced by many factors, including the searcher’s location and search history. With potentially hundreds or thousands of businesses similar to yours, achieving a top organic ranking can be challenging. One of the fastest ways to get your website noticed is through Google Ads.
